Growing up in an area shaped by generations of metalworking, founders Markus Janovsky and Günther Wutzl recognized the value of trusted relationships and the potential of technology to move a traditional market forward. Their ambition was simple and bold. They wanted to bring the two together. In 2019, RX® was founded to turn that vision into reality. > > From the beginning, RX® has been shaped by more than technology. Producers, processors, traders, technology specialists and long-standing partners have challenged ideas, shared their experience and helped turn an initial concept into an established international trading environment.   **Technology changes how markets work.** **Trust changes what becomes possible.**   #### RX® today > Today, RESOUREX® connects verified market participants across more than 30 countries. What began as an idea in Lower Austria has grown into a European technology company with an international network, proprietary market intelligence and scalable technology built for the next generation of metals trading. ## What guides us ### Trust > Trading is built on relationships. Trust is earned through verified participants, clear rules and reliable processes.   ### Independence > RX® does not act as a dealer. We provide a neutral environment in which our customers remain in control of their relationships, decisions and margins.   ### Progress > We combine human expertise with data and intelligent technology to make metals trading simpler, faster and ready for what comes next.   ### Leadership today > Today, RESOUREX® is led operationally by Managing Directors Matthias Hausegger as CEO and co-founder Günther Wutzl as CTO. Co-founder and shareholder Markus Janovsky remains closely connected to the company while intentionally taking a non-operational role. This keeps the shared founding vision firmly anchored as RX® continues to expand its international presence and technological leadership.   --- # **Let’s Shape the Future of Metals Trading Together.** [Talk to an Expert](https://www.resourex.com/#expert) RESOUREX® | Autonomous Spot Market Trading for Metals - - [Company](http://www.resourex.com/about-us) - [About RX®](http://www.resourex.com/about-us) - [Investor Relations](http://www.resourex.com/investor-relations) - [Legal](http://www.resourex.com/imprint) - [Imprint](http://www.resourex.com/imprint) - [Privacy Policy](http://www.resourex.com/privacy-policy) - [Terms and Conditions](http://www.resourex.com/terms-and-conditions) - [Code of Conduct](http://www.resourex.com/code-of-conduct) - [Trading](http://www.resourex.com/autonomous-spot-market-trading-benefits) - [Key Benefits](http://www.resourex.com/autonomous-spot-market-trading-benefits) - [RX® Trading Login](https://www.resourex.com/#/login) - [RX® Insights Login](https://insights.resourex.com) - [Get Started](http://www.resourex.com/resourex-onboarding-en) - [Register for Free](http://www.resourex.com/resourex-onboarding-en) - [Talk to an Expert](http://www.resourex.com#expert) Copyright © 2026 RESOUREX GmbH.
